The Delta Workforce Training programs, hosted by the Winstonville Community Foundation, aim to bridge the gap between education and employment in the Delta region. Our mission is to equip individuals with the skills needed to thrive in today’s workforce, focusing on technology, entrepreneurship, and in-demand industries.
With an emphasis on equity, we serve historically underserved populations, including youth, individuals with disabilities, and people of color. By offering state-of-the-art training and wraparound support services, we are helping to build a stronger, more resilient Delta.
